Show tags and a Forgejo source link on articles 4950e2e7dc

- Fill in the first article's tags; they surface in the meta line
- Add a 'view source' link (fr/en via a new translation key) pointing at
  the article's .md on Forgejo, driven by extra.repo_url / repo_branch
- Inline the Forgejo logo as a monochrome SVG that inherits the link colour

Add a Nix devShell with pinned Zola 0.18 and just a1c5f55ae6

Provides zola 0.18.0 (matching the Dockerfile's ARG ZOLA_VERSION) and just
via 'nix develop', so the justfile recipes run without installing anything.
An optional .envrc activates the shell through direnv.

Stop exposing infra details in public docs 1941c7466e

This repo is public, so scrub architecture specifics from the README deploy
section and the deploy workflow comments: no more GitOps repo name, Argo CD,
cluster, manifest paths, or org/permission structure. Also document the new
'nix develop' shell in the README.

The deploy job still clones the GitOps repo functionally (that reference
can't be removed without reworking how the deploy is triggered).
